Hi, my name is Stephen Baker.
Ive been a working photographer for over 10 years now. I have photographed more things than I can even remember. Over that time, my wedding work became the defining piece of my work but I still love to shoot outside of wedding days. It gives me the chance to change perspective and stay sharp in my craft. Which is why I intentionally try to work as much as I can in other areas.
Alongside this work, my wife Alyssa and I run 26 & Modern, our wedding photography studio. The two businesses serve very different clients, but they're built on much of the same philosophy: understand the people in front of the camera, plan well, and make photographs that actually feel useful years after they're made.
My journey has been incredibly rewarding this far and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
